Do Performance Reviews work? Study on Cambridge Businesses

It is commonly said that what gets measured, gets done. But knowing what to measure and how to measure is of utmost importance. A group of researchers from three universities is conducting a study that looks at the effects of performance reviews on business performance in the Cambridge area. The results of the study will help executives to better manage their business by pinpointing the performance aspects they need to look at in order to be successful.

By participating in the study companies will have an opportunity to review how they measure performance and identify areas they might be overlooking. All participants will receive a report summarising the findings of the study. The report will include an overview of what is the standard on performance reviews in businesses from the Cambridge cluster. Also, managers will find out how the best performing companies measure their performance.

The survey is completely confidential and all information will be anonymous. The survey is extremely short (it takes less than five minutes to complete).
